addition to a wonderful weekend of racing we have a scrumptious dinner Saturday
night at
Gilbert’s Resort . Dinner tickets are $15.00 per person (includes tax and
gratuity), the dinner menu includes: Clam
Chowder Grilled
Pork Steaks in green Peppercorn Sauce Blackened
Chicken Breast with homemade Salsa Sauce Mashed
Potatoes Rice
Pilaf Mixed
Garden Greens with Ranch Dressing Dinner
Rolls and butter Soda,
Iced Tea or Coffee All
other drinks and beverages will be separate checks. A
dinner ticket comes with the entry fee. On
Sunday afternoon there will be cold cuts and rolls before the ride home. For
